My Story

Personal Profile

I'm a virtual administrative/customer support who serves startups and small businesses with a specialty in administrative assistance, social media management, graphic design appointment setting, customer support, data entry, lead generation, and technical support.

I strive to become well integrated with my client's businesses. Thanks to a myriad of tools. I'm in contact with my clients in real-time through the business day, providing support as though I was in-house.

​I’m a certified Social Media Manager from the Philippines. My work is focused on producing quality work and making a significant impact. I’m happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained in my career in order to manage projects through creative problem solving and innovative thinking.

I possess a strong eye for detail and can thrive independently as well as in a team environment.

Worked for this company as a teachnical support executive for internet and phone connection. We do troubleshooting if there are any issues with the service. We also process order entry for upgrades and device replacements, we dispatch technicians and communicate with a higher level of support.

We process money transfers, explain rules and regulations to customers, and resolving any disputes.
